1958 Chevrolet Yeoman 4 door station wagon. I bought the car on ebay in 2006. It is a Arizona car with very little rust. I purchased a 1994 Chevy Caprice Classic police cruiser, and used the complete chassis under the 58. I channeled the 58 floor to accept the caprice chassis. The wheel track on the caprice is 6 inches wider than the 58, but it fits without any modification. I spent about two years on this project, and just finished it in May 2008. The complete interior was done by myself with fabrics purchased from JC Whitney. I have done all the work myself and have spent less than $10,000 total. the car drives like a new car and is perfect for long cruises. I left all the goodies that the police car had on it. A/C, cruise, posi, 4 wheel disc brakes, ABS, P/S.
