This car is done in metal as that has been my profession I supported myself with. I've had the car since the late sixties and drove it to the first NSRA event. It's chopped 3" with an Chev roof from a 50's car filling the roof. The rear fenders might be from a "35 with home made tail lights plus a gas filler door in one. The firewall is redone containing a compartment for the electrics instead of locating them under the dash. Firewall is redesigned to give the engine more breathing space plus air flow exhaust as last louvers on hood sides are in line with fw design. Windows are all power and door latches from a VW Rabbit. The vent is filled and a trick air cleaner and duct work takes fresh air from from of the car behind the grill and into engine and passenger area.
Front suspension is home made using Chevelle spindles and discs along with Duster's torsion bars. Rear is Camaro rear (390's) with Toyota sta wagon springs for decent ride.
There's to much to mention so pictures might be the best way to show some features of the car.
I might've been born under an unlucky star or something but I had some interesting pictures of car's construction but the frustrations of using this site deter from that.
